On a quest to quench my thirst on micro R/C , I stumbled upon this beauty. The best part is, it's AIRWOLF! Though it doesn't say in the title probably due to licensing issues, but the paint scheme and the Bell222 body + landing gears definitely highly suggests it is Airwolf. It is only lacking in the TV shows modifications (side in takes) and weapons.
Airwolf is one of my childhood favorite shows in the late 80s. Looking back at the show by today's standards though, the show is a bit lacking in clever dialogues, but then remember this was the 1980s - every show is like that. What the show lacks in dialogue though makes up for it in abundance in the aerial stunts. In those days there is little CGI in shows, and for the helicopter shots, radio control models and actual aircraft are used for stunts. The low flying skills hovering just a feet or two off the ground with the gear up showed off by their stunt pilots is most memorable to me.
Especially if we get into a quarantine lock down again, this would entertain and keep me from going crazy being prisoned up in the house.
